How to save things on your computer

How I keep my computer organized is use folders for my emails and blogs. Then order the folders to make things easier to maneuver  and get around the site. We store photos, documents, videos, etc. in folders to organize and not be cluttered with things we don't need. We use a hierarchical system to organize things and not to be disorganized.
